About the Founders:

Tom Mortimer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas, and a Master of Management degree from Azusa Pacific University (APU) in Azusa, California.

Tom has worked as a professional liability insurance agent/broker, and insurance company representative since May of 1988. Tom began his career working at R.W. Mortimer & Associates, an insurance agency founded by his parents in 1959. He went on to serve as Assistant Vice President, Sales and Marketing for SCPIE; Vice President, MMI Agency (MMI); and West Region Sales Director, St. Paul Global Healthcare prior to establishing Thomas Mortimer Insurance Services, Inc.

Cathy Mortimer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA).

Prior to joining Thomas Mortimer Insurance Services, Inc. Cathy worked as a Sales Manager for Lanier Worldwide, and as a Major Account Manager for Cisco Systems. Cathy managed strategic accounts for Cisco; including but not limited to Allergan, Tenet Health Systems, Cedars-Sinai, Edwards Life Sciences, Nissan North America, and American Honda.
